killPwdRW - If null, do not set the corresponding skip/wirte bit, otherwise set this bit, and set the corresponding parameter value to the corresponding Pwd read/write

killPermaLock - If null, do not set the corresponding skip/wirte bit, otherwise set this bit, and set the corresponding parameter value to the corresponding Perma lock

accessPwdRw - If null, do not set the corresponding skip/wirte bit, otherwise set this bit, and set the corresponding parameter value to the corresponding Pwd read/write

accessPermaLock - If null, do not set the corresponding skip/wirte bit, otherwise set this bit, and set the corresponding parameter value to the corresponding Perma lock
